PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING: I am placing my artwork/products on consignment with AlteredAnything Outsider Art in a box/capulse vending project for a fee of 50% of selling price per item. I understand that AlteredAnything will be handling all the responsibility in selling my artwork/product to buyers. I understand that AlteredAnything will be issuing me a check from the sale of my artwork/products on a quartley basis or when sales reach a maximum of $50.00. I give permission for my artwork to be scanned, photographed and published on AlteredAnything's website for the purposes of promoting the Outside Art in a box/capulse vending machines. I further understand that I will be responsible for any shipping or collection of unsold consignment artwork/products that either AlteredAnything or I have decided to cease selling. If payment for shipment is not received within one month after first notice has been submitted to me, AlteredAnything reserves the right to donate my artwork to a charity of their choice. I have read all the rules and regulations concerning consignment with AlteredAnything and I completely understand and agree to them.
